Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your perfume or product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes or oils that have been opened or used. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes, oils, or sprays
- Gift sets with opened components
- Sale items or promotional products
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return the original unopened item once approved, and then place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
